		<description>This outage was unusually long.  There must've been some serious problem.
I've been with Netflix since about 2000.  There's very little inconvenience.  I've seen several thousand films through them (I'm usually an 8 at a time customer).

I tried Blockbuster because there are times when I'd like 12 or 15 at a time.  
Neither Blockbuster nor Walmart had any concept of how to equal Netflix.
Netflix is way ahead in the game.  If you're foolish enough to try them, even if they've improved this time around, I'm sure you'll be very disappointed.</description>
