Through with T-Mobile

T-Mobile just posted this great little tool on their website to check coverage areas by address. What's so great about it is that I've confirmed that my coverage at home sucks. The closest tower is about 10 blocks away from home and I am halfway into a pale yellow section and two blocks away there is no coverage at all. Coverage in Philly is great, but since I'm spending close to four months at home, coverage at home is something to consider. No coverage at home is a bad time and I'm done with it. Now that Tiger's iSync has support for the Nokia 6620 (a probable replacement candidate), it gives me even more reason to switch over to something else. Since the rest of the family is on Cingular and there are no other GSM providers, I'll probably switching over them.

    Amen! I don't even get service on the first floor of my home. Now that t-mobile charges extra for nighttime minutes its a sure go.
